These cookies are essential for the platform to function. They include your authentication session token (an HTTP-only, SameSite=Strict cookie), CSRF protection tokens, and cookie-consent preference storage. You cannot opt out of these cookies while using the platform.

Analytics (optional)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our site — pages visited, session duration, and referral sources. This data is aggregated and anonymised. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics.

Functional (optional)

These cookies remember your preferences to improve your experience — for example, sidebar collapse state, command palette history, and notification settings. They are stored in localStorage rather than as HTTP cookies.

  • Cookie banner: When you first visit Taackk, a consent banner allows you to accept or decline optional cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site.
  • Browser settings: Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in.
  • Google Analytics opt-out: You can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics across all sites.

5. Retention periods

  • Session cookies: deleted when you close your browser.
  • Authentication cookies: expire after 7 days of inactivity (refresh token) or 15 minutes (access token).
  • Analytics cookies (_ga): 2 years (Google default).
  • Consent preference: 12 months, after which we will ask again.

6. Third-party cookies

We do not allow third-party advertising networks to place cookies on our site. The only third-party cookie we use is Google Analytics, and only with your consent. Stripe may set cookies during the payment flow; these are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
